ThyssenKrupp Presta Announces $17.5 Million Expansion of its

Terre Haute Facility; 80 New Jobs To Be Created

Terre Haute, IN—This morning, Steve Witt of the THEDC joined Peter Allaart, President of ThyssenKrupp Presta Terre Haute, LLC; Claudia Fritsche, Ambassador of the Principality of Liechtensten to the United States; Judy Anderson, Vigo County Commissioners President; Kathy Chalos-Miller, Vigo County Council President and Mayor Duke Bennett in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the company's Terre Haute facility. A total of $17.5 million has been spent on new manufacturing space and equipment which will lead to the creation of up to 80 new jobs for the community by 2012, bringing total employment of the Terre Haute facility to 230.
